CAREERS AT CONNECTED FAMILIES COUNSELING
We believe therapists do their best work when they feel supported, valued, and protected from the pressures that often surround clinical work.
Connected Families Counseling was built intentionally. We prioritize structure, professionalism, collaboration, and healthy boundaries so clinicians can thrive long term, not just survive.
OUR CULTURE
Structured Support System
- Mentorship and Guidance: Clinicians have the opportunity to have scheduled consultations with the therapist team. Clinicians also have the opportunity to schedule consultations with their supervisor. This is particularly beneficial for more nuanced or high needs cases.
- Collaboration: Being part of a group practice means you’re never doing this work alone. Our clinicians support one another, collaborate, and grow together so you always have a strong team behind you.
Reduced Administrative Burden
- Operational Support: When you join our established practice, you get to focus on what you do best: caring for clients. Our team handles initial scheduling, marketing, billing, and insurance claims so you’re free to do meaningful clinical work without the extra administrative weight.
- We do not operate an on call or crisis line. Client communication is managed through secure voicemail, supporting focused clinical work during sessions and protected time outside of the office. This means your time outside the office is truly your own.
Financial Stability
- Steady Income: We intentionally hire at a sustainable pace to ensure each clinician has the opportunity to build a full caseload before expanding our team. From day one, we actively market our therapists and continue promoting them until they are full, not just initially. Most of our clinicians reach a full caseload within two to three months.
- Lower Financial Risk: Because we manage the business operations, marketing, and referral flow, clinicians are not responsible for generating their own leads or carrying the financial risk of private practice. We provide structure and support so you can grow with confidence instead of uncertainty.
- Strategic Caseload Growth: To help build strong early momentum, clinicians begin with either two evenings or weekend availability, which significantly accelerates caseload growth. This is not intended to be a permanent schedule unless a clinician prefers it. Once full, clinicians may adjust their schedule within practice hours while continuing to meet client demand.
Work Life Balance and Autonomy
- Flexible Between Sessions: This is a W 2 position where clinicians are paid hourly. When you do not have a scheduled session, you are not required to remain in the office. Many therapists run errands, grab coffee, or use that time personally. We trust our clinicians to manage their schedules responsibly.
Continuous Professional Development
- Professional Growth Support: We value ongoing learning and provide an annual stipend to support continuing education and professional development. Whether pursuing specialized trainings, certifications, or conferences, we encourage clinicians to grow in the areas that align with their interests and long term goals.
Infrastructure and Resources
- Established Systems: Clinicians step into an already built, well organized system that includes our Electronic Health Record platform, phone system, streamlined scheduling, billing support, and clear operational processes. Everything is in place so you can focus on clinical work instead of building systems from scratch.
- Fully Furnished Offices: Each therapist is provided with a thoughtfully furnished office space, including decor, comfortable seating, a desk, computer, and the supplies needed to deliver quality care. Our goal is for you to walk into a professional, welcoming environment that allows you to focus entirely on your clients.
